- 4 Passport size photo
- Original Birth Certificate for class Nursery to class I.
- Original school leaving certificate for class II to IX. (students coming from other states must provide the school leaving
- certificate countersigned by the Education officer of the Region / state)
- Progress Report of previous Academic year.
- Blood group report.
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of ID proof of mother and father of the student.
- Student Aadhaar Card copy.
